At Akasha, we want every stay to feel simple and transparent. The cards below summarise how bookings, changes, payments and credits work when you reserve your stay with us.

Flexible Choice

Booking Options

Choose the policy that best matches your plans.

Non-Refundable with Flexible Dates – 100% upfront payment at a discounted rate. Reservation is non-refundable but you may change dates up to 72 hours before arrival.
Maximum 2 date changes for bookings made directly on our website. No-shows or late cancellations (under 72 hours) result in full forfeiture.

Peace of Mind Flexible

For plans that may change, but need a guarantee.

Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival.
50% non-refundable deposit required at booking.
Deposits can be transferred to another booking within 12 months.

Retreats Teams

Group Bookings & Events

Designed for retreats, workshops and private events.

30% deposit required to confirm and block dates.
Full payment for bookings made less than 30 days before arrival.
Group deposits are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 12 months, subject to availability.

Payments & Security

Your details are processed safely.

No credit card details are stored on our servers.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
When you book via platforms such as Booking.com or Airbnb, their terms apply in addition to ours.
All prices include applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.

Changes & Cancellations

Always handled in writing, for your peace of mind.

All change and cancellation requests must be sent by email to book@akasha.com.ro.
Rebookings and new dates are always subject to availability.
Different policies may apply depending on the rate selected (Non-Refundable / Flexible).

House Rules

Credits & Guest Responsibilities

Honouring past credits and present stays.

Guests agree to provide accurate information, respect the retreat, staff and other guests, and follow house rules and safety instructions.
Disputes are handled according to these Booking Terms and Romanian law, under the competent Romanian courts.
